## Description

Riviera Dining Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a high-volume luxury restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

The HR Manager will be field-based and rotate daily through one of the company's dining venues, providing support on various HR-related matters, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, investigations, and safety/worker's compensation cases.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing direction and consultation to management on strategic, tactical, and operational people issues

- Assisting with onboarding and facilitating orientation at the property level or corporate office

- Implementing corporate policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws

- Conducting investigations into workplace concerns and recommending fair resolutions

- Facilitating conflict resolution through coaching, mediation, or formal interventions

- Performing general day-to-day HR administrative tasks and providing support on all HR-related matters

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coaching and influencing skills, demonstrated knowledge of employee relations and HR practices, and excellent working knowledge of US and FL labor laws.

In return, the company offers a salary of USD 100,000-100,000 per year.
