## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Parc Llandudno. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 14:00–22:00

- Thursday: 18:00–22:00

- Saturday: 13:00–17:45

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
