We are looking for a Medical Liability Claims Manager to join our TPA team in Nanterre Prefecture (92). As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing liability claims for various clients, including insurers, brokers, and companies.

**Your main responsibilities:**

- Receive and record claims notifications

- Analyse contract guarantees

- Ensure provision of files

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (experts, doctors, lawyers, etc.)

- Manage international files in collaboration with local colleagues and clients

- Conduct reviews

- Participate in client reporting and steering meetings

- Provide advice and support to clients in managing bodily injury claims

**Profile sought:**

- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Law (Bac +4/+5)

- At least 3 years of experience as a Claims Manager in Liability

**Skills:**

- Good technical knowledge of liability

- Analytical skills for insurance documents

- Ability to analyse and synthesise

- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and prioritisation

- Proactivity

- Team spirit

- Client relationship skills

- Proficiency in IT tools and Office software

- Fluency in English (French/English bilingualism)

**Salary range:** 35,000 - 38,000€
