## Description

We are looking for a visionary Director of Product Marketing to architect the global GTM strategy for our Commercial Product portfolio. In this leadership role, you will help draw the roadmap, managing the end-to-end commercial success of our products, ensuring innovation translates into market-leading revenue growth.

You are a master storyteller and a rigorous strategist, partnering with the C-suite and Product leadership while maintaining tactical mentorship for a high-performing team. You will serve as the primary strategic engine between Product, Sales, and Marketing.

### Responsibilities

- GTM Architecture & Strategy: Define and lead the overarching GTM framework for the commercial organization, owning the strategic logic behind target segmentation, tiered pricing/packaging models, and multi-channel distribution strategies to maximize LTV and market share.

- Category Creation and Positioning: Develop high-level narratives defining our place in the media landscape, building a compelling 'Future' brand story that solves complex institutional pain points and positions us as an indispensable partner.

- Strategic Market Intelligence: Combine competitive intelligence, macro-economic trends, and buyer behavior into relevant insights that pivot the product roadmap and corporate strategy.

- Commercial Enablement Engine: Design training programs and strategies empowering our global sales team to win high-stakes, multi-million dollar deals.

- Organizational Leadership: Ensure deep synchronization between Product, Sales, and Operations, making sure the 'Commercial' voice is heard at the earliest stages of product ideation.

- Operational Excellence: Build repeatable, scalable methodologies for product launches, internal communications, and feedback loops, institutionalizing PMM excellence across the organization.

- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for their career trajectories, output quality, and the culture of the PMM function.

### Requirements

- Expertise in the modern 'Revenue Stack': Salesforce, Asana/Jira, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

- Experience with pricing strategy frameworks and selling methodologies.

- An Industry Authority: 8–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the media, advertising, or high-growth SaaS space, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated people management role.

- An Executive Communicator: Ability to simplify complex technical or commercial concepts into elegant narratives resonating with engineers and CEOs.

- A Growth Architect: Experience taking products from $0 to $10M+ (or scaling existing portfolios) through rigorous GTM execution.

- A Data-Driven Visionary: Balance 'gut feel' with deep analytical rigor, using Salesforce data, market research, and win/loss analysis to defend strategic bets.

- A Culture Builder: Lead with empathy, building a team that is engaged.

### Benefits

- Expected salary range: $162,000 - $190,000

- Uncapped leave

- Bonus based on company performance

- Referral rewards

- Well-being support through Colleague Assistant Programs

- Opportunity to purchase shares in Future with the Share Incentive Plan
