## Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting the mission of USSTRATCOM by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform assessments of digital information, systems, and artifacts to identify indicators of compromise and intrusion activity across USSTRATCOM environments.

- Gather, preserve, and handle digital evidence in accordance with established procedures to support investigations and mission requirements.

- Report on cyber threats, security breaches, and anomalous activity across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR networks.

- Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations to strengthen system security posture.

- Support incident response activities, including triage, containment, remediation, and documentation of cybersecurity events.

- Apply cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and hardening techniques to safeguard mission-critical systems and applications.

- Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and program managers.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or information security experience.

- Technical training, certifications, or degree (equivalent experience may substitute).

- ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate or the ability to obtain within 9 months.

- Current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI status.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with incident response, threat hunting, forensic analysis, and cybersecurity operations.

- Working knowledge of system security, network security, firewalls, Active Directory, and Linux-based environments.

- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management technologies.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
