## Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Technical Analyst to join our team at Barclays in Pune.

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

**Accountabilities**

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and share knowledge with peers.

- Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, contributing to the organization's technology communities to foster technical excellence and growth.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

- Possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.

**Requirements**

- Experience with Camunda BPMN tool 8.9 or higher version.

- Strong core Java skills, with working knowledge of Java 17/21.

- Microservices with Spring Boot.

- Strong database skills (MS-SQL, Oracle, Postgres).

- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
