## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to lead the analytical efforts behind Hims categories, including Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair. The successful candidate will partner with the General Manager and Category Directors to shape and prioritize initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Category Strategy & Prioritization: Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM and Category Directors, owning the analytical backbone of growth initiative management, and pressure-testing business cases.

- Lead in Analytics & Modeling: Build models that drive real decisions, create and manipulate dashboards in Looker and Amplitude, and own recurring performance reads.

- Champion Experiments & Strategic Projects: Develop and deploy experiments, act as a leader in high-priority projects, and proactively generate hypotheses.

- Support Treatment & Program Launches: Analyze new treatments, build scenarios and forecast models, and help build the launch playbook.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of business experience, with management consulting or strategy experience required.

- Proven experience in strategic analytics and business prioritization.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health experience.

- Looker / Amplitude fluency.

- Experience supporting product or treatment roadmap planning in a regulated environment.
