## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Chef / 2nd Chef (Bank) to join our team at Canning Court Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent dining experience for our residents.

You will use your passion for cooking and fresh ingredients to create varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of our residents. You will also put forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience, help our residents feel at home, train and manage the kitchen team, and adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries.

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking, previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen, and relevant hygiene certificates. You will be open to new ideas, have an innovative approach to cooking, and be able to communicate effectively with others.
