## Description

Join Electronic Arts as an Economy Game Product Manager for EA SPORTS™ F1. You will guide the design and improvement of engaging player progression and sustainable in-game economies. You will partner with the Codemasters team to deliver authentic racing experiences and support the ongoing evolution of F1's live service.

Responsibilities:

- Translate weekly/monthly/annual goals into executable plans for Content Producers

- Prioritize tasks to accomplish desired outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations

- Develop design briefs for economy reward mechanisms and manage requests with partner teams

- Create detailed execution criteria for content offerings and messages

- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams to support pricing, promotional strategies, and monetization plans

- Use analytics dashboards and player data to run economy simulations and provide balanced value recommendations

- Schedule in-game events and manage their launch

- Guide players to content they can enjoy using techniques like messaging and behavioral analytics

- Calculate the effect of content on the in-game economy and develop mitigation strategies for economic risks

- Assess, construct, balance, and rebuild in-game value chains

Qualifications:

- Experience with games having a player-first mentality

- Economy experience or economics degree

- Minimum 3 years of economy, product management, or related game experience

- Ability to critically evaluate design, art, and economy

- Experience using data and insights to inform product development

- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences

- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects

- Ability to work in varied development methodologies

- Experienced in designing content, campaign events, and game reward features
