## Description

We're looking for a Specialist, Paid Search to join our team. As a Specialist, your focus will be delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice. You will use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. You will also deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.

You will be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices. You will develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.

You will have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills. We're looking for someone who has 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Google Ads. Experience in Amazon Ads / Bing Ads / Apple Ads is desired but not a must.

You will be passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. You will have demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management. You will have a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.

You will be a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills. You will have advancing data analysis and storytelling skills. You will be someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
