## Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join their Talent Management Team.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering their end-to-end talent management and learning & development agenda.

## Responsibilities

- Manage L&D activities from needs analysis to delivery and feedback, including suppliers, budget, catalogue, KPIs, and learning platforms.

- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential management, and talent pooling across skill teams.

- Support capability development, upskilling initiatives, learning paths, and individual development plans.

- Coordinate mentoring, leadership development, internal trainers, and blended learning solutions.

- Develop and maintain onboarding, induction, and manager development programs.

- Build strong internal and external talent pipelines, including university and graduate relations.

- Act as a key contact for talent and development-related topics and contribute to relevant projects and initiatives.

## Qualifications

- University/college degree in HR, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. An HR degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy building relationships across different teams.

- Fluent in Hungarian and English, both verbally and in writing.

- Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, with a strong customer mindset.

- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, priorities, and external partners.

- Passionate about developing people, building talent pipelines, and creating learning opportunities that make a real impact.
