## Description

We are seeking a Helpline Advisor to join the team at Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will handle high-volume inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web-based platforms from various key stakeholders. They will consistently meet all key performance indicators, use multiple CHG systems to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments, and liaise with Consultants, medical secretaries, and CHG hospital staff to meet customer needs and provide the best customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling high-volume inbound enquiries

- Meeting key performance indicators

- Using multiple CHG systems to manage appointments

- Liaising with Consultants, medical secretaries, and CHG hospital staff

- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail to accurately record data

- Making outbound calls to patients and other key stakeholders

- Adhering to strict quality measures on all interactions

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts and clients

- Undertaking multiskilling programmes to take overflow calls for other teams

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence

- Proficiency in using a PC, including software and systems

- Previous experience working in customer service or sales roles
