## Description

As a Senior Product Stewardship Engineer at 3M's UK HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire, you will collaborate with innovative and diverse people globally.

You will make an impact by:

- Being a trusted regulatory partner to the business by translating complex product compliance requirements into clear, practical guidance.

- Leading daily compliance tasks for new 3M products intended for the UK and EU market.

- Working closely with internal and external customers to manage enquiries on regulatory aspects of 3M products.

- Contributing to digital transformation and process simplification.

- Preparing and maintaining product compliance documentation.

- Staying ahead of changing regulatory landscapes.

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of EU and UK product compliance requirements.

- Prior experience supporting compliance and product stewardship or regulatory requirements.

- Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into clear business guidance.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).

Nice-to-have skills:

- Experience with multiple IT systems.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Demonstrated communication skills.
