## Description

GDIT is seeking a Solutions Architect Sr Principal, an AI Data Analysis and Metrics Lead, to join our Strategic Estimation team.

You will be responsible for GDIT Metrics: data gathering, data analysis, data visualization, with a focus on the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and automation to support these efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead GDIT Metrics gathering and hands-on Data Requirements, Data Gathering, Data Analysis and Data Visualization efforts, including extensive, daily use of AI and automation.

- Provide Basis of Estimate (BOE) and technology estimation expertise including supporting proposal teams with estimation, metrics and AI models.

- Execute Data Analysis and provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business processes.

- Drive Creation of automated scripting tools and use these automated scripting tools and workflows to increase speed of data metrics collection.

- Partner with our estimators, solution architects and growth teams from across GDIT divisions, and other business stakeholders to understand their data metric needs and work to translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with Program, Capture and Solution teams to identify, benchmark and collect relevant estimating metrics in standardized formats, to include automation.

- Work with our Estimators and data analysis experts to cleanse, prepare and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends and anomalies.

- Oversee build and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques and AI modeling.

- Support the entire estimating team and estimating practice at GDIT by providing data models, parametric models and analogous metric program data using technology estimation expertise combined with data analysis, automation and AI tools.

- Create and execute a communications plan and schedule for involving key stakeholders across divisions at critical points.

- Partner with our L&D team to develop and deliver training on use of data metrics and automated estimation tools.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field (IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.

- 10+ Years of related experience in IT Technology, Solutioning and Delivering Enterprise IT Technology to federal customers.

- 5+ Years Experience Solutioning Enterprise IT Technology to federal customers – large complex Enterprise IT Solutions on deals $100M+.

- 3+ Years Experience with technology estimation and creation of BOEs and related Staffing Rationale for large Enterprise opportunities and recompete programs.

- Experience with Data Gathering, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and AI and Data tools, including agentic AI workflows.

- Depth of experience with MS Excel and M365 and with migrating/translating data into useful formats for analysis, use and reporting.

- Experience with SharePoint, Visualization tools and with using AI / Scripting tools.

- Good leadership, mentorship and soft skills are a must.

- Strong Oral and written communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to write clearly and precisely and with meticulous attention to detail.

- Technical certifications related to IT technologies required.

- U.S. Citizen required.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
