## Description

We are seeking an Operation Support, Last Mile to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure reporting and monitoring comply with Return Pickup (RPU) objectives.

- Ensure all return pickups comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

- Settle all Fantastic Service Recovery (FSR) cases within the target timeline.

- Provide reports on deductions and coordinate justifications with relevant stakeholders.

- Comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system, and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) requirements.

- Participate in quality, safety, and GDPMD-related programs.

- Work closely with station staff and other stakeholders.

- Assist in other tasks given by superiors.

- Provide support to other administrative functions within the department.

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration.

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Prior working experience is advantageous.

- Essential interpersonal skills include verbal communication, problem-solving, and listening.

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200 per month.
