## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Manager for our site in Andover, MA.

As a Manager, Warehouse and Distribution, you will be accountable for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets global and regional planning requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and control activities for the North American market

- Manage a team of exempt individual contributors

- Ensure delivery of products and services that meet performance metrics

- Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development

- Manage demand and supply matching activities

- Drive countries trade compliance programs

**Education and Experience Required:**

- First level university degree or equivalent experience

- Typically 8+ years of experience in a supply chain function

- Typically 5+ years of people management experience

**Knowledge and Skills:**

- Advanced understanding of demand and supply planning processes

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Advanced project management skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
