## Description

We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategy / category management for logistics services within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

## What you'll do

Develop and execute category strategies for inbound, outbound, and warehousing logistics.

- Lead RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

- Drive cost optimization, service reliability, and risk mitigation across logistics providers.

## What you need

- 10-12 years’ experience based on education and work history.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

## Skills

### Required
- Microsoft office including word, excel, PowerPoint
- SAP, ARIBA ERP system(s)
- Excellent communication skills

### Nice to have
- Presentation skills to executive leadership / Division Management
- Experience leading teams and strong people leader skills
- Business & financial acumen, subject matter expert leading contract negotiations for best outcome
