## Description

As part of the Global Data Team at Red Bull, you will act as a bridge between Business and IT, responsible for understanding business needs and managing complex cross-functional projects for the development of the Sustainability Roadmap.

You will work on the development of data integration and planning system solutions in the area of Sustainability by collecting, analysing, and challenging business requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Planning development team to understand the integrated planning processes and solutions at Red Bull.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sustainability Reporting & Planning: You'll work on the development of data integration and planning system solutions in the area of Sustainability.

- Project Management: You'll lead sustainability data integration work packages and ensure timely execution.

- Development, Documentation, Testing & Support: You'll collect business and process requirements, coordinate them with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate them into structured and detailed requirements documentation.

- Business Partnering: You'll act as a reliable business partner for Sustainability, Finance, Data, IT, Operations, Legal, etc.

- Business & Technical Expertise: You'll implement business concepts and data modelling structures with your business expertise and technical expertise.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years' work experience in Sustainability and/or in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement.

- Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Systems, ideally SAP ERP-S4, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or any other BI solutions.

- Finance Planning process & system know-how is a strong plus.

- Up-to-date on sustainability regulations and developments/innovations.

- Data-driven, data-enabling, and solution-oriented person with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical concepts/data models and document processes.

- Ability to work across multiple teams in a large organization, align goals, and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries.

- Professional communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment on different projects in parallel.

- Passionate about sustainability, environmental protection, and social initiatives and feel motivated in your work as a result.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,509 gross per month.
