The "Internal Auditor (m/f/d) IT Applications" is responsible for auditing DWS's technology and security controls. You will be involved in the planning, preparation, coordination and execution of audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls related to IT Applications/Infrastructure (SaaS, On-Premises, Cloud) including Cyber and Information Security aspects.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the Head of Internal Audit IT in managing a portfolio of audits and actively contribute to risk assessment and business monitoring

- Conduct local and global IT audits, write findings and draft audit reports

- Draft high-quality audit reports for review by audit management, facilitate finding tracking and validate actions taken to remediate previous audit findings

- Execute audit fieldwork in line with internal methodology

- Partner with other divisional/teams during audit engagement to guarantee an integrated approach

- Act as a competent partner and challenger to clients in the closure process of findings

- Communicate openly with management and internal stakeholders

**Your Skills & Experience:**

- University degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related scientific degree

- Experience in IT Audit, IT risk management or information security preferably in the financial industry

- Fundamental understanding of audit concepts, controls in outsourced environments, and auditing project management

- Demonstrable experience in IT Application Manager, IT infrastructure, IT production

- Confident appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills

- Self-driven, eager to learn, well-organized team player with strong analytical skills

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
