## Description

Zscaler is seeking a Sr. Manager, People Data Infrastructure and Platforms to join its team. This hybrid role, located at its Santa Clara, CA HQ or Bellevue, WA office, reports to the VP, People & Culture AI and Data.

The successful candidate will lead the evolution of the workforce data ecosystem by establishing a trusted, governed data foundation and scaling intuitive analytics products across the enterprise. They will bridge technical architecture and business execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to eliminate manual reporting dependencies and enable AI-powered workforce intelligence.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and scale the People data foundation across the enterprise data ecosystem

- Establish and enforce data governance and metric certification standards

- Lead the development, delivery, and adoption of scaled workforce analytics products

- Partner with People AI and technology teams to build governed data layers and semantic architectures

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data and analytics professionals

Requirements:

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies

- 8+ years of experience across People Analytics, workforce analytics, data engineering, BI, or analytics products

- Strong technical background in modern cloud data architecture

- Proven track record building, scaling, or managing People Analytics platforms and tools

- Demonstrated success improving data quality, establishing metric governance frameworks, and creating certified semantic layers

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience architecting semantic data layers and governance frameworks for generative AI tools

- Deep expertise in workforce data privacy, role-based access controls, and regulatory compliance

- Proven success leading large-scale dashboard rationalization programs
