## Description

The Relief Care Assistant will play an important role within the Care team at Rosetrees, part of Jewish Care's Betty and Asher Loftus Centre in Friern Barnet.

Working on a relief basis with 12-hour shifts from 8am-8pm, including some weekends, the postholder will provide person-centred support to residents, helping them feel safe, respected, valued and able to live well.

The role includes supporting residents with personal care and daily routines, providing companionship and emotional support, encouraging independence, choice and dignity, and assisting with meals, activities and wellbeing.

You will build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues and work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

Previous care experience is not required, with full training and ongoing support provided.
