## Description

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will cultivate, lead, mentor, grow, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Sales in North America.

You will work from conception to fruition on staffing strategies to support these organizations and partner with hiring leaders to execute top-notch recruiting practices.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of Figma's US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters

- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly

- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that brings in exceptional talent

- Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale

- Champion initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity

- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs

Requirements:

- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including 2+ years of people management experience

- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders and executives to develop effective recruiting strategies

- Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance and inform decision-making

- Experience building and scaling recruiting functions to support organizational growth

Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000-$245,000 USD
