## Description

As a Senior Outbound Account Executive at Weave, you will be responsible for delivering value from assigned SMB opportunities.

Your main objectives will be to manage a pipeline of SDR-fed opportunities, consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets with targeted conversion rates and deal size (ARR), and articulate and sell all Weave products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a pipeline of SDR-fed opportunities

- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets with targeted conversion rates and deal size (ARR)

- Embracing proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products and services

- Delivering tailored product demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes

- Keeping organised, detailed records of opportunity activity within Salesforce

- Generating new sales opportunities by soliciting referrals from assigned opportunities

Requirements:

- 2+ years prior inside sales closing experience (SaaS preferable)

- Proven success in closing new business

- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

- Strong ability to adopt sales processes, organisational standards, and pipeline management best practices

- Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

- Experience working with SMB profiles, specifically healthcare

- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Dialer, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships

- Team player and coachable mentality
