## Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, CRM Backend to drive the strategy and execution of our core CRM platform and data model. As a member of the Client Engagement team, you will work closely with other Product Managers, Data Engineering, and various teams across the organization that rely on customer data. This is an opportunity for you to craft the fundamental data and platform strategy for our CRM offering, ensuring its scalability and long-term viability as a critical company asset.

In this role, you will define and own the CRM data model strategy, guide and execute scalable platform decisions for the CRM backend, oversee and define the strategy for third-party integrations, and leverage the latest technical advancements in data management. You will also lead and align a dedicated team of engineers, prioritize their work, and manage the technical roadmap for the CRM backend platform.

We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on backend systems, data models, or platform products. You should have a strong technical background and experience in data management, data modeling, and data strategy. Additionally, you should be well-versed in managing technical requirements for third-party integrations and data partnerships.
