## Description

We are seeking a visionary Sr Director of Supply Chain Operations EMEA to lead our strategic growth and operational maturity from our Stockholm headquarter.

In this high-impact role, you will transition from day-to-day tactical execution to designing the operational framework for our supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment ecosystem. You will lead a multi-tiered team, driving the implementation of quality program, automated process & systems, cybersecurity protocols within the supply chain, and a world-class Operational Excellence (OpEx) program.

## Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global business objectives. Drive strategic supply chain initiatives that scale operations and align with corporate goals.

- Site Leadership: Serve as the primary company leader and representative in Stockholm, fostering a positive and productive work environment that reflects our company values. Make high-level decisions regarding local operations, resources, and strategic direction.

- Regional Fulfillment Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end regional fulfillment lifecycle, managing relationships with strategic 3PL partners and internal distribution center to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency. Establish strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

- Team Leadership & KPI Ownership: Lead, mentor, and grow a large, diverse organization. Foster a culture of high performance where the team fully owns and reports their KPIs. Establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between teams to drive accountability and facilitate data-driven discussions and decisions.

- Strategic Growth: Champion key supply chain projects to expand local operations and support global business initiatives.

- Operational Excellence & Quality Management:

- OpEx Program Ownership: Architect and lead an organization-wide Operational Excellence program. Move beyond basic continuous improvement to implement systemic Lean management systems and relevant Six Sigma methodologies for order management, warehouse, production, and fulfillment.

- ISO 9001 Leadership & World-Class Quality: Work with Quality team to evolve processes and implement a comprehensive quality program centered on risk assessment and rigorous audit processes. Drive "built-in quality" initiatives in close collaboration with Engineering and ERP to prevent defects at the source. Identify knowledge gaps and proactively provide training and education to the wider organization.

- Process Engineering: Drive the transition from manual processes to standardized, automated workflows that can scale globally without linear headcount growth.

- Systems, Automation & Security:

- Digital Transformation & Automation: Work with Engineering to support and implement the roadmap for supply chain automation, including the selection and strategic deployment of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integrations, and robotics/automation hardware. Drive the effective utilization of all company-provided systems and equipment to maximize productivity and data-driven decision-making.

- Supply Chain Cybersecurity: Partner with the CISO and IT leadership to embed cybersecurity best practices into the supply chain, especially with physical security.

## Basic Qualifications:

- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level) managing large or remote teams.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
