## Description

We are looking for an Experiential Events Associate to join our Creative Agency team. As an Experiential Events Associate, you will play a key role in providing critical event logistics and execution support. You will be responsible for independently managing and executing the logistics for a high volume of events, varying in scale, complexity, and audience.

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and execute event logistics for a high volume of events

- Utilize existing planning resources to inform planning and streamline decision-making

- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and liaise with internal teams

- Support on-site setup and tear-down activities

- Manage and track event-related expenses

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in event management, coordination, or logistics

- Demonstrated excellence in managing complex logistics for multiple concurrent events

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality output

- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically under pressure

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
