## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Boots Lisburn. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves. You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feed on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best, and exceed expectations. You will build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.

You will champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, and be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, passing on your knowledge to customers after customers. You will easily adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to open up for stratospheric success.

You will have an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy, ideally, and experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You will aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow, and love all things Charlotte Tilbury.
