## Description

We are seeking a People Advisor to provide responsive, practical people-related advice to people managers in the DACH and France regions.

As a People Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent and fair application of policies, managing day-to-day employee matters, and building manager capability to prevent and resolve issues effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide timely, practical guidance and coaching to people managers on employee matters

- Manage individual employee cases, ensuring consistency, documentation, and appropriate escalation

- Support people-related change initiatives and implementation of global tools and programs

- Advise managers on employee lifecycle matters, such as performance, absence, and exit processes

- Identify trends and provide local insights to inform process improvements

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience providing practical HR advice and managing employee relations matters

- Strong track record of applying policies consistently and fairly

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering responsive HR support

- Fluent English knowledge, with additional German or French language skills desired
