## Description

We are looking for a Fiscaal Supportdesk Medewerker to join our team at Nextens, a leading provider of tax software and guides. As a Fiscaal Supportdesk Medewerker, you will be the first point of contact for users of our tax software, helping them with their questions and issues.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to customers using our software and online applications

- Find solutions to technical and functional software issues

- Register, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries

- Collaborate with colleagues in Support and Development to share knowledge

- Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams

- Document customer questions and actions

- Contribute to improving our services

Requirements:

- Education in accountancy, tax law, fiscal economics, or similar experience

- Knowledge of tax returns and/or tax software

- Analytical, customer-focused, and clear communication skills

- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

- Good listening skills, able to ask the right questions, and sharp analysis of customer problems

- Interest in business processes and automation

- Accurate and structured work style
