## Description

We are seeking a STA Engineer - PTO Resident to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a STA Engineer - PTO Resident, you will lead critical supplier process improvements, participate in cross-functional meetings, and drive resolution of external supplier process warranty concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure.

- Lead containment of special-cause supplier process projects.

- Drive root cause analysis activities with select critical to quality suppliers.

- Align with PRT on Supplier Process issues.

- Provide early notification to and engage the STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments.

- Support in containing supplier Stop Ship issues.

- Monitor daily production report and provide notification to STA management for issues that require Site STA team awareness/intervention.

- Act as supplier representative and liaison between STA and manufacturing plant management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science / Engineering, or equivalent technical / manufacturing aptitude.

- 2+ years of Plant Manufacturing experience.

- Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines.
