## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Portfield Retail Park, Chichester. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

**Schedule:**

- Sunday: 14:00-18:00

- Tuesday: 14:00-18:00

- Thursday: 14:00-18:00

- Friday: 14:00-18:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
