## Description

As a Product Analytics Manager - Liquidity (Investments) at Wise, you will be part of the Grow Squad, managing a complex, multi-product portfolio including Current Accounts, Savings, Investments, and Digital Assets.

Your mission is to ensure that Wise serves customers safely, sustainably, and profitably.

**What You Will Do**

### 1. Own Liquidity Management (Hands-on)

- Build and own models that manage assets liquidity across the multi-product portfolio (Assets, Savings, Investments).

- Ensure the right funds are in the right places to support customer activity.

- Model extreme market scenarios to ensure resilience.

- Build a framework to optimise tradeoffs between liquidity usage, risk, and cost.

### 2. Strategy & Governance

- Define the Financial Risk Strategy for the Grow squad, shifting from reactive to proactive risk monitoring.

- Be the primary data partner for Wise's Treasury, Risk, and Finance leadership, providing confidence that the Grow squad operates within safe limits.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Strategic data leader with expertise in technical analytics and business risk.

- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.

- Python skills for advanced automation and forecasting.

- Statistical rigor (e.g., Bayesian statistics, causal inference).

- Deep commercial fluency, understanding unit economics of a fintech product (LTV, CAC, Margin).

- Ability to balance aggressive growth targets with necessary risk controls.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding the right path forward.

- Experience driving leadership decisions with data.
