## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

As a Software Engineer on the Observability team, you will build and operate Anduril's production telemetry systems for ground and cloud nodes. This includes designing and implementing core developer SDKs for metrics aggregation, structured logging, and tracing, building real-time data pipelines, and operating central monitoring and alerting infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Build and operate a robust, high-availability core observability plane

- Design developer-facing SDKs and tooling for instrumenting mission-critical services

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and proactively improve systems

- Enable metrics-driven engineering and seamless investigation of production incidents

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering

- Familiarity with common container orchestration systems and cloud infrastructure

- Experience building and operating systems written in Go, C++, Rust, or Java

- Experience serving as part of an on-call rotation to support high-availability systems

- Exposure to FedRAMP compliance and/or deployment into government cloud provider enclaves
