You'll join the Digital Customer team, which partners with iconic brands across Future's media portfolio to design, optimise, and scale paid digital subscriptions and membership propositions. As a Membership Proposition Manager, you'll report to the Head of Digital Customer and manage membership propositions across a portfolio of key priority brands.

Responsibilities:

- Design, optimise, and scale digital membership propositions across a portfolio of key media brands

- Analyse customer data to uncover engagement trends and identify features that encourage daily reader habits

- Build clear commercial business cases that align customer needs with brand strategy and revenue goals

- Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable project roadmaps for technical and product teams

- Coordinate transformation projects alongside internal editorial, marketing, and product stakeholders

- Track campaign performance and project deliverables to ensure membership initiatives launch on schedule

Requirements:

- Proven background managing digital membership, subscription, or customer experience propositions in a commercial setting

- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating user data through platforms like GA4, Looker, or Tableau

- Practical experience creating strategic roadmaps and managing project execution using tools like Jira or Asana

- Experience translating customer insights into clear business cases and commercial plans

- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building positive relationships across cross-functional teams
