## Description

We're seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your passion for beauty, and help clients find the perfect products.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide personalized sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone

- Engage in conversations with customers, listen to their needs, and offer specialized sales advice

- Build lasting relationships with customers through effective upselling and suggestive selling

- Be a brand expert by answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge

**Operational**

- Educate customers on various products, their usage, and benefits

- Participate in company sales programs, events, and promotions

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials

- Maintain a clean and organized beauty zone

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs

- Execute the established sales plan by meeting sales budget and tracking progress

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods

- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch, and reach or grasp objects

- Manual dexterity for tasks like ear piercing

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

- Goal-driven with the ability to multitask

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific stores)

- At least 18 years old

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands

- Strong passion for beauty

- High school diploma or equivalent
