## Description

Our Client, a leading US insurer, seeks a Logistics Operator to support daily depot operations. You will manage inventory, ship and receive IT equipment, stage devices, and track assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and maintain accurate asset records

- Receive, inspect, store, and ship IT equipment and materials

- Stage, image, and configure devices for deployment

- Test hardware and peripherals to ensure proper functionality

- Perform basic troubleshooting for devices and peripherals

- Process equipment returns and support warranty-related activities

- Update asset information and work orders in designated systems

- Support deployment, fulfillment, and refresh projects

- Conduct inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy

- Follow operational procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in depot operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or IT asset handling

- Experience working with IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment

- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
