## Description

The Sales Activator role at Red Bull's RBDC focuses on increasing wins versus competition in Large Format accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

- Drive in-store presence according to Perfect Store standards

- Increase permanent product disruption points in ambient and cold locations

- Maintain and increase product range in all stores

- Cover a defined territory, completing all allocated calls effectively

- Ensure proficiency in retailer ways of working and terminology

- Identify opportunities to expand in-store presence

- Drive execution of national and local promotions

- Report non-compliance issues promptly

- Pre-sell promotional activities to accounts with a 30-60-90 day outlook

- Lead market activations and ensure effective communication among the RBDC distribution team

**Requirements:**

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is advantageous

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English language proficiency; additional languages are beneficial

**Travel and Benefits:**
