## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Clinical Operations team as an intern. As a Clinical Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to the progression of our clinical studies.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate the collection, review, and submission of clinical study documents

- Maintain and coordinate access to databases and research platforms

- Generate reports and metrics for clinical studies

- Coordinate research protocol events

- Support continuous improvement of processes in the Clinical Operations department

**What you will learn:**

- Our Clinical Operations area participates in clinical research for key products aligned with population needs and commercial strategy

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field in Health Sciences

- Must be registered in a university in Panama for the duration of the internship

- Intermediate level of English

- Proactive, organised, and good interpersonal skills

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Team player with ability to work in multifunctional teams

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Identify areas for continuous improvement and innovative ways of working
