## Description

At Team Rehab, we're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You will provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, educating patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury. You will also supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup, use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function, and determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
