## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will work nights, ensuring our store is ready for the day ahead, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the store for the day ahead by filling shelves and restocking products

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including aisles and stock areas

- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor

- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas

- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely

- Provide support to colleagues and customers as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, adapting to the disruption of working overnight
