This role sits at the intersection of learning science, adaptive technologies, and cutting-edge AI, driving products that meaningfully improve student outcomes at scale. You will shape product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple feature areas to create tools that motivate, personalize, and enhance student learning outcomes. Your work will directly impact millions of learners by making education more accessible, effective, and inspiring. Your work will advance Microsoft’s mission to empower every student to achieve more.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the long-term product strategy for student-focused learning tools, integrating learning science, adaptive learning, and AI-driven workflows. Translate complex educational, technical, and market insights into a clear product vision and roadmap across multiple feature areas. Drive product-market fit by synthesizing customer signals, competitive analysis, and research evidence to identify unmet or emerging student needs. Establish success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, learning efficacy measures) and ensure alignment with Microsoft’s broader AI strategy. Partner with researchers, educators, and data science teams to validate hypotheses, run experiments, and incorporate evidence-based instructional methods. Champion learning efficacy and motivational frameworks into product experiences. Identify opportunities to disrupt the education market with innovative, student-centered solutions that differentiate Copilot for Education.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end product execution —from ideation to launch to iteration—ensuring high standards of quality, security, accessibility, and responsible AI. Collaborate with engineering, design, research, marketing, and data teams to deliver cohesive, scalable student experiences. Drive alignment resolving complex dependencies and influencing senior stakeholders to support product strategy and investments.
