## Description

HSBC is seeking a US Contact Center Premier Specialist to provide expert service support to Premier and Private Bank clients via chat channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

- Maintaining attention to detail and high accuracy in directing and navigating customers to appropriate resolutions

- Adhering to chat procedures and guidelines, taking ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up

- Maintaining a working knowledge of regulations to identify risk or fraudulent activity

- Handling multiple banking products, such as credit cards, internet banking, and deposits

- Generating customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services

- Achieving individual targets and goals within a team-based environment

- Acting as a role model for HSBC's Group values and behaviours

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of a high school diploma or General Educational Development Test

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment

- The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages
