## Description

We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our Operations team remotely in the Netherlands.

As a Claims Handler at Insify, you will handle business damages and AOV files, and contribute to shaping our claims handling process.

Your responsibilities include:

- Handling intakes, processing, and settling business damages (liability, inventory, and goods)

- Managing intakes for customers who become disabled and handling objections to AOV claims

- Collaborating with experts, lawyers, and other insurers

- Direct communication with our insurers and reinsurers

- Supporting and advising customers, even when delivering unwelcome news

- Contributing to improving our claims handling process through automation, AI, and sharper fraud detection

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in handling business damages

- Experience with AOV claims is preferred; curiosity about AOV is essential

- Wft Basis certification; Wft Schade zakelijk (and particulier) is a plus

- Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing

- Critical and analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions and explain them

- Proactive, solution-focused, and pragmatic approach, with efficient and accurate work
