We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through person-centred care in our dedicated care homes. As a Registered Nurse at Bupa Hadley Lawns Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for residents' well-being, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes

- Carry out assessments and develop individualised care plans

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and conformity to standards

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Care Home experience ideal

- Ability to manage the unit and provide clinical guidance

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance and critical thinking skills
