## Description

GDIT's Federal Health Division is hiring a Healthcare Partner Relations Liaison to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). You will manage the relationship between a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) members and the Trusted Third Party (TTP).

This is a second shift ending at 8pm Eastern time. You will be part of a 50-person team supporting the TTP, which was established in 2012 to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare data.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Establish and maintain regular contact with HFPP Partners

- Ensure Partners are aware of and taking advantage of HFPP membership benefits

- Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to the TTP and HFPP leadership

- Engage Partners in conversations about HFPP analytics

- Assist in day-to-day onboarding activities for Partners

- Support HFPP and non-HFPP events

**Requirements**

- BA/BS in healthcare, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare investigation

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
