## Description

We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to work on the Boeing-led Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) National Team and the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team.

The successful candidate will contribute across mission assessment, architecture, requirements, Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), integration, and test. You will collaborate with Boeing, industry partners, and government stakeholders to shape system-level concepts, architectures, requirements, and assessments.

**Responsibilities**

- Define and evolve the MDA/C2BMC system architecture

- Develop and maintain requirements and architecture artifacts

- Run and support architecture and requirements trade studies

- Own and improve the requirements management engine

- Support program-level risks/issues/opportunities tracking and technology readiness assessments

- Collaborate with MDA, warfighters, and industry partners

- Plan and execute integration and checkout work

- Evaluate results from integration/checkout activities

- Help define and drive the overall integration and test (I&T) strategy

- Execute and document integration and test events

- Partner with integration/test SMEs to solve complex system problems

- Evaluate system performance across realistic scenarios and architectures

- Build and maintain analysis tools

- Perform system and performance trade studies

- Develop and improve modeling approaches

**Requirements**

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications

- 4 or more years' related engineering experience

- Prior experience in system engineering

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Leadership experience

- Familiarity with missile-defense mission context

- Experience with requirements analysis & verification

- Experience with MBSE / requirements tools
