## Description

We are seeking a Projekt- och verksamhetsstöd to join our project office at Vattenfall Vattenkraft. As a key member of our team, you will work on project and business support, combining system responsibility with active improvement of workflows and routines.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Initiating and following up on access requests for project managers and teams

- Working in SAP for registration of investment decisions, order requests, and handling of order invoices and work orders

- Providing SAP support and assistance to internal and external project managers

- Creating, updating, and improving routines and guidelines

- Updating the project management portal and other support systems used by project managers

- Acting as a super-user for EPPM and our project management portal

To qualify for this role, you have:

- Completed upper secondary or higher education in a relevant field such as economics, IT, or technology

- Experience in system administration, handling cases, follow-ups, agreements, and project administration

- Proficiency in SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA and EPPM, is considered an asset

- Experience in support-related work and providing support to operations

- Broad IT experience, likely having worked as a super-user or key user, responsible for common routines, instructions, and user training

You should be service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable with structure and order. You communicate clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

Traveling for work is required, so a valid driver's license is necessary.
