## Description

The Sales Strategy team at Databricks works closely with the Sales Leadership team to drive growth. We're seeking a Sales Strategy & Execution Manager to support the SEMEA leadership team in shaping the GTM strategy and driving operational scale.

As a Strategy & Execution Manager, you will serve as a business partner for the SEMEA leadership team, conducting in-depth analyses, building scalable tools, and owning operational cadences. You will also contribute to EMEA- and global-level initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities and resolve business and data challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as the Strategy partner for the VP SEMEA and their leadership team

- Acting as the champion and challenger of the SEMEA leadership team

- Independently owning analysis with large datasets to gather insights and guide investment and growth

- Owning all reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modelling

- Working cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Strong experience in sales strategy, management consulting, and/or business development

- Strong analytical and tool skills, including Excel, Salesforce, and SQL

- Proficiency in one or several AI tools, such as Genie, Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a 'get it done' attitude

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with fluency in working with large datasets

- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills

- French language skills are a nice-to-have
