## Description

We're seeking a skilled Deputy Chef to join our team at Rose Court Care Home in Rotherhithe, London. As a chef with Agincare, you'll have the opportunity to use your creative flair and culinary talents to bring joy to our residents every day.

**Responsibilities:**

- Craft delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs

- Create themed dining experiences that bring the home to life

- Serve favourite dishes that remind residents of home

- Help create daily menus and support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen

- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK

- Experience in a professional kitchen and understanding of kitchen operations

- Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements

- Flexible to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
