## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Manager to join our Strategy and Planning team in Shanghai. As a Senior Performance Manager, you will provide dedicated, forward-thinking, strategic and operational management support to the Head of Performance.

Key aspects of this role:

- Provide business management and operational management support to the Head of Performance and various entity-level activities, driving continuous improvement across the market.

- Ensure operational strategies and initiatives are designed with a strong customer-centric focus, enhancing the overall customer experience while ensuring compliance.

- Lead a team providing business management and performance utility services to Global Business and Global Infrastructures, including financial management, governance and oversight, strategy execution, and branch network management.

- Drive COO project execution of global and regional specific programs in the region, supporting Group COO strategic actions' execution.

- Ensure operational efficiency, continuity, and resilience of internal operations, aligned with the overall Bank strategy.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to track and escalate to the appropriate governance forum.
